The sales leak

Great work deserves a better quote.

Homeowners make faster decisions when options are clear. Every hour spent rebuilding a quote in the office gives another contractor room to win.

01

Remove slow follow-ups

A proposal sent tomorrow is already behind the contractor who sent one at the kitchen table.

02

No more hard-to-read options

Line-item overload makes homeowners compare price instead of comfort, efficiency, and value.

03

Prevent double entry

Rekeying model numbers, prices, and equipment specs burns time your team should spend selling.

04

Automate maintenance reminders

Bob emails your customers when their system is due for service — turning one-time installs into recurring maintenance revenue.

From nameplate to yes

Everything the proposal needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

Bob handles the repetitive proposal work so your comfort advisor can stay focused on the homeowner.

Photo nameplate identification

Photograph the existing equipment tag to capture the model information without squinting, guessing, or typing it twice.

Instant Good / Better / Best

Present three clean options side by side, with equipment, scope, pricing, and terms ready for a homeowner decision.

Fast pricebook import

Bring over your existing equipment and pricing instead of rebuilding your catalog one model at a time.

Homeowner financing estimates

Show an estimated monthly payment next to the project total so the conversation stays centered on affordability and comfort.

Specs homeowners can see

Put SEER rating and refrigerant type directly on every proposal, right where homeowners compare their choices.

In-person selling mode

Run the same guided quote flow on a tablet at the kitchen table — build the proposal with the homeowner and close before you leave the driveway.

Straight answers

Before you get started.

Have a question that isn’t here? Include it when you sign up.

Do I need to rebuild my pricebook?

No. Bob is designed to load an existing contractor pricebook quickly. We’ll review your file and help map equipment, model numbers, pricing, efficiency, and refrigerant data.

How does the 1% work?

The 1% applies to the quote value when a homeowner signs the proposal inside Bob. Sales closed outside Bob do not carry a percentage fee.

Does the financing estimate approve the homeowner?

No. The proposal can show an estimated monthly payment for planning and comparison. It is not an approval or lending decision.

Can Bob live on my current website?

Yes. After signup, your company receives an embed tied to your Bob account. It can be placed directly on a page or launched from a button on your current site.

Do I need to change my field-service software?

No. Bob is built as a focused HVAC quoting tool, so you do not need to replace your full field-service platform to use it.
